The Pearl or Moonstone are the Birthstones for June. 

Pearls are organic gemstones. They range in colour, pink, silver, cream, golden, green, blue and black.  Pearl hardness ranges between 3.5-4.0.  Moonstones are usually polished as a cabachon and usually have an eye as well as a sheen.  Moonstone comes in colours of white, pink, yellow, even colourless, blue is very rare.  They have a hardness of 6.0-6.5.

Pearls help with physical healing, creativity and anger management. Moonstones are used to soothe stress and anxiety.

Pearl is also the 3rd and 30th anniversary gemstone.
